On November 11, 2025, The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) hosted a seminar for the public sector entitled "AI-enabled Next Generation Smart City." In his presentation, Mr. Chan outlined a strategic framework for implementing AI projects in the public sector, addressing common challenges and explaining how AI agents drive operational efficiency and intelligence.
