The environmental department faced challenges with high user concurrency, inefficient processes, and data security in managing non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) approvals. To address these issues, we implemented a new system that streamlined operations with automated workflows, robust load balancing, and intelligent reporting—all while ensuring compliance through document verification and multilingual support. Key features such as real-time tracking, e-form processing, and secure data handling significantly improved approval efficiency and decision-making for environmental regulation.
